“My heart is singing for joy! A miracle has happened! The light of understanding has shone upon my [child’s] mind, and behold, all things are changed.”

— Anne Sullivan

Speech, language, and communication are the foundation of a child’s future. These skills ultimately underpin the ability for each child to achieve his or her full potential.

While children typically follow a natural progression for mastering the different skills of speech, language and social communication, for a child that may not meet certain milestones, receiving early intervention is critical. By being on a child’s preschool campus, the therapist is able to collaborate with educators and parents to develop personalized strategies to support each child’s individual needs. In addition, Vine & Branch provides training to preschool teachers so that they are better equipped to support speech, language, and communication development within the classroom.

For many busy families, having the option for their child to receive therapy at school is ideal. This, coupled with the success of therapy implemented in partnership with educators and parents, makes the Vine & Branch approach truly unique.
